Una nueva misión

  Era la última semana de junio de 2006. Fue un mes tranquilo, y la mayoría de mis misiones se entregaron para su análisis final, finalización y posterior archivo. Hubo algunas nuevas, pero eran las típicas de monitoreo y vigilancia de dos o tres días durante las próximas semanas. Nada del otro mundo. Pronto tendría vacaciones y estaba pensando en cómo pasar un tiempo de tranquilidad. Miré por la ventana; no es que tuviera mucha vista, pero era una costumbre. No fumaba por aquel entonces. Poco sabía que eso pronto cambiaría.

Mi buscapersonas emitió un pitido: «SC Oscar Now» («Jefe de Estación Now»). Me pregunté por qué me había llamado. Mi oficina estaba al final del pasillo. Podría haber pulsado el botón del intercomunicador de mi oficina y haber llamado. Recordé ponerme la chaqueta antes de salir. «Maldita sea», pensé. «Debería haber elegido otra corbata».

Éramos solo ella y yo. Me senté.

«¿Conoces los foros de discusión en internet?», preguntó, sabiendo que claramente figuraba entre mis prioridades y tareas de perfilado.

Pero claro, era nueva en esta planta; llevaba solo unos meses como jefa de estación.

«Sí», dije, arqueando una ceja con gesto interrogante.

«Quiero que completes todas tus tareas para las próximas semanas», dijo.

Estaba preocupado. Deslizó un expediente sobre su escritorio. Lo abrí y pensé: «Ah, solo dos páginas; no puede ser una tarea muy pesada. No hay de qué preocuparse. Esto debería llevarme solo una semana».

«En la página dos encontrarás el formulario FARR firmado», dijo la jefa de estación. (FARR significa Solicitud y Autorización de Divulgación de Archivos). «¡Guau!», pensé. «Ya lo firmó sin siquiera preguntarme si aceptaba la asignación».

Esto solo me confirmó aún más que conocía a la perfección mi perfil TOP.

Entonces caí en la cuenta. El archivo debía ser altamente clasificado (Acceso Exclusivo para Personal de Alto Nivel) o demasiado grande para que lo llevara en su maletín. Era ambas cosas. El archivo era enorme —una caja llena de archivos, de hecho— con más de 20 000 páginas de transcripciones, y estaba repleto de sellos de Alto Nivel. También contenía miles de páginas de notas de investigación y copias de correspondencia entre investigadores, técnicos y científicos de diversos campos. Había algunos discos de datos, pero por sus fechas, pude ver que se habían añadido recientemente.

A día de hoy, sigo pensando que si el empleado de archivo no me conociera personalmente, me habría pedido una segunda firma en el formulario FARR. «¿"Unas semanas", dijo? ¡Maldita sea, esto llevará meses!», me di cuenta.

Así fue como conocí un proyecto llamado CHANI, y por eso empecé a fumar ese mismo día.

El Proyecto CHANI

Entre 1994 y 1999, un grupo de investigadores de una organización/corporación, a la que llamaré RAND and Associates (o RA), tuvo acceso a una instalación subterránea de colisionadores similar al CERN en África (la ubicación aún es secreta). Un contingente de personal de seguridad de AFRICOM se encargó de la seguridad de la base y, por supuesto, de mantener su ubicación en secreto. El comandante de la estación de AFRICOM organizó y supervisó todos los arreglos de viaje y alojamiento del equipo de investigadores. Estuvieron bajo vigilancia constante las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana.

  Durante esos años, los investigadores comenzaron a recibir comunicaciones de una Entidad que afirmaba provenir de un universo/dimensión/línea temporal paralela. Se produjo una interacción extraordinaria e innovadora. Durante un período de cinco años, los investigadores formularon a la Entidad más de 20 000 preguntas y recibieron respuesta a más del 95 % de ellas. Había otros proyectos activos en curso, como la Fabricación del Espacio-Tiempo, la Simulación mediante Reemplazo y Eliminación de Átomos, la Programación Holográfica de Materia Oscura, la Manifestación de Energías Cuánticas y la Programación de Cuerdas Asociada con Interacción Éter/Etérica, entre otros. Sin embargo, para los fines de este artículo, me centraré únicamente en el proyecto CHANI (acrónimo de Channelled Holographic Access Network Interface, o Interfaz de Red de Acceso Holográfico Canalizado).

  Al revisar las notas de investigación para este artículo, todos los proyectos mencionados parecían haber convergido en algún momento con el proyecto CHANI y su temática. Un investigador comentó: «Se trata de una interacción orgásmica entre ciencia, teoría y conciencia espiritual».

  En octubre de 1999, los técnicos iniciaron una serie de actualizaciones de software y hardware para todos los equipos del colisionador y las redes informáticas. El objetivo era adaptar la infraestructura del sistema al problema del año 2000 (Y2K). Pronto se hizo evidente que las actualizaciones para cumplir con este problema tenían un efecto directo en el proyecto de investigación CHANI. El 14 de noviembre de 1999, se perdió definitivamente el contacto con la Entidad, que durante cinco años había sido continuo y constante a diario. Se dedicaron meses a intentar restablecerlo, pero fue en vano, y en abril de 2000 finalizó la fase de investigación del proyecto CHANI. Cabe destacar que no fui uno de los investigadores originales del proyecto ni utilicé el dispositivo CHANI. Sin embargo, estoy sumamente agradecido por haber tenido acceso a esta información tan reveladora y poderosa, que cambió mi perspectiva para siempre. Provocó un cambio radical en mi forma de pensar.

CHANI y la "canalización" informática

  Lo que distinguió a CHANI de cualquier otro método o técnica de canalización es que los investigadores nunca utilizaron un "canalizador" humano. De esta forma, eliminaron la emoción, el sentimiento y la interpretación propios de un canalizador humano. Se trataba de un canal puro, dirigido y dedicado, sin distorsiones ni influencias de las fluctuaciones del estado de ánimo o del subconsciente de un sujeto con posibles emociones reprimidas, recuerdos o traumas psicológicos. La capacidad imaginativa de la intervención humana se eliminó por completo de los cálculos y del resultado.

  La mecánica precisa de cómo se capturaron, mostraron y reprodujeron estas palabras mediante el dispositivo CHANI aún se mantiene clasificada. Hasta donde sé, fue el primer caso documentado en el que se utilizó con éxito una máquina, dispositivo o modelo informático para contactar e interactuar, o "canalizar", con otro ser o entidad durante un período prolongado. Los investigadores establecieron contacto con una sola entidad. La entidad les fue verificada mediante métodos que aún se mantienen altamente clasificados y que no puedo detallar.

La Entidad y la Humanidad

La Entidad explicó con detalle a los investigadores que el contacto se produjo porque ella era nuestro equivalente a un "estudiante" y tenía la autorización de sus Ancianos para interactuar con nosotros, observarnos, estudiarnos y aprender de nosotros. Explicó que sus Ancianos nos "notaron" (a nosotros, los habitantes de la Tierra) y que todo nuestro sistema solar cruzó a "su" universo paralelo. También explicó que no éramos la única raza que llegaba a esta encrucijada/fusión, sino que podían ver otras razas alienígenas de otros planetas de nuestro sistema solar. Nuestra Entidad tenía la misión específica de estudiarnos (a los humanos, a la Tierra), mientras que otros estudiantes tenían la misión de estudiar a las demás razas y planetas correspondientes a su planeta y sistema solar. No se trataba solo de una fusión o colisión de nuestra realidad terrestre, sino de la colisión de todo nuestro sistema solar con la realidad de otro sistema solar "paralelo". Aunque fuimos nosotros, los humanos (con cierta ayuda/tecnología alienígena), quienes «experimentábamos con materia oscura y portales», el resultado fue que todo nuestro sistema solar atravesó «su» universo de visibilidad/percepción.

  Para contextualizar lo anterior, nuestros investigadores utilizaron la palabra «estudiante» para explicar las acciones de la Entidad. Era como si la Entidad formara parte de un grupo de estudio de maestría, similar a los candidatos a doctorado en nuestro mundo. Los Ancianos pudieron vernos a nosotros y a todo nuestro sistema solar cruzando a su realidad. Por lo tanto, iniciaron su propio programa de investigación para estudiarnos a nosotros y nuestra historia, de modo que pudieran preparar su civilización para nuestra llegada/fusión. La Entidad, en consecuencia, nos estaba reconociendo. Para ayudar a los investigadores a establecer un plazo para cuándo ocurriría esta fusión o colisión de realidades, la Entidad les proporcionó «predicciones» que servían como indicadores de que el momento se acercaba. Las capacidades y la precisión de la Entidad fueron verificadas por los investigadores mediante predicciones e indicadores proporcionados durante los cinco años del proyecto CHANI (que aún se mantienen clasificados). Las predicciones no se presentaron de golpe, sino que se obtuvieron a lo largo del proyecto de investigación. Aunque la Entidad se encontraba en el presente, podía percibir, con la ayuda frecuente de sus Ancianos, eventos en nuestra línea temporal que compartía con los investigadores. Algunos de estos eventos incluían una explosión sónica cósmica y cambios en nuestro Sol y Júpiter. Todas estas predicciones se utilizarían como una secuencia de pasos o indicadores para identificar el momento (Año de Fusión) en que ocurriría el gran evento (la Fusión).

Los Reveladores de Rubicón

A finales de 2005, los archivos del proyecto CHANI se entregaron a la Estación Rubicón para el proyecto Revelación. Como su nombre indica, Rubicón se ocupa de información que se considera que ha llegado a un punto sin retorno. La división Rubicón fue formada por varios miembros de alto rango descontentos dentro de la comunidad de RA, quienes decidieron que cierta información debía divulgarse y que se debían sentar las bases para medir e investigar la reacción pública, allanando el camino y sentando las bases para cuando decidan inundar las redes con información completa sobre cualquier tema específico. Cuando la interacción pública se vuelve necesaria, la información debe divulgarse.

  Rubicón tenía y tiene la tarea de divulgar información clasificada para el "consumo público", de forma controlada, a través de diversas plataformas y canales. Una de estas plataformas son los foros de discusión en Internet. Otra es el envío de cartas anónimas, la realización de llamadas telefónicas anónimas o el uso de credenciales falsas y desvío de llamadas para escribir o llamar a personas y grupos seleccionados. Una vez que se publica la información, se registran, monitorean y analizan las reacciones del público, así como las de individuos o grupos. Según su reacción, se divulga información adicional mediante una metodología gradual y sincronizada, basada en el comportamiento, la percepción y las respuestas del público. Si la reacción del público, de un individuo o de un grupo se considera desfavorable, el proyecto se suspende y se reprograma su publicación o se cancela definitivamente. En ocasiones, es necesario retirar la información, descartarla o negarla, y dejar que se desarrolle y madure discretamente antes de intentar reenviarla o retomar el contacto con un individuo o grupo.

¿Quién soy?

Fui un Revelador de Rubicon. Según la misión, debía desempeñar el rol de observador, monitor, reportero, investigador, instructor, analista y, en la mayoría de los casos, iniciador e incluso instigador. Una parte de mis funciones consistía en frecuentar foros de discusión en internet, observando, informando, creando perfiles e identificando posibles canales para difundir información de Rubicon Reveal. Esto generalmente implicaba publicar un hilo en un foro designado o elegido, el cual considerábamos el más adecuado para hacer llegar la información a nuestro público objetivo.

  La segunda parte consistía en el monitoreo físico (sobre el terreno) y digital (satelital y alta tecnología), la vigilancia y la recopilación de información sobre grupos o personas y eventos en todo el mundo que pudieran tener relación con proyectos específicos de Rubicon. Rubicon tiene este credo: «Nuestro silbato suena suavemente; si soplamos demasiado fuerte, algunos tímpanos podrían reventar, y entonces todos quedaríamos sordos». En última instancia, los agentes de Rubicon son denunciantes autorizados, aunque de forma limitada y controlada.

Lanzamiento de CHANI en Internet

Así, en un frío día de invierno de junio de 2006, activé el interruptor electrónico para cerrar la puerta de mi oficina, procedimiento habitual para los asuntos de Echelon, y desempaqué las cajas de archivos que abarrotaban mi escritorio. Mi idilio con este proyecto y la Entidad había comenzado.

  Como era de esperar, me llevó meses trasladar, estudiar y leer el material de CHANI. Al principio, me resultó una tarea ardua comprender por completo de qué se trataba. Ya tenía una idea de en qué foros de Internet quería comenzar el lanzamiento, gracias a investigaciones previas y a mi seguimiento activo, pero aun así dediqué algunos meses más a investigar otros y a identificar el foro más apropiado para lanzar el proyecto CHANI.

  Solo dispondría del tiempo y los recursos necesarios para centrarme en un foro para este proyecto en concreto. Este proyecto era de suma importancia para mis superiores en aquel entonces, y no tenía intención de precipitarme. Tuve que planificar cuidadosamente los hilos (jerga de los foros) y asegurarme por completo de haber elegido el foro adecuado. (Desde entonces, he iniciado varios proyectos de Rubicon en el mismo foro durante los últimos años; el más reciente es el proyecto BEZERK, con sus correspondientes hilos de revelación e información). Cabe destacar también que las agencias de inteligencia utilizan con frecuencia los foros para comunicarse y transmitir información y actualizaciones a sus agentes sobre el terreno. Desde la llegada de internet, la práctica de publicar anuncios clasificados en periódicos como medio de comunicación se ha vuelto obsoleta. En cambio, el uso de foros de discusión en internet, plataformas de juegos en línea y sus chats se ha convertido en la norma.

  Durante la investigación inicial, comencé a publicar algunos hilos en un foro popular, Godlike Productions, para tantear el terreno y empezar a crear una presencia online. Dado que el foro es conocido por ser un sitio de teorías conspirativas y extremistas, creé un personaje acorde: algo excéntrico, incluso bromista, pero un enigma en temas espirituales y estratégicos globales. Este personaje me sirvió de tapadera para difundir información sin levantar sospechas. A menudo tenía que ser protagonista y antagonista a la vez.

  Decidí tantear la reacción a algunos temas creando hilos y publicando información limitada, pero veraz, sobre asuntos políticos y espirituales. Y sí, dije "espirituales". Algunos se sorprenderían gratamente al saber cuán "orientados espiritualmente" están los responsables de la toma de decisiones en la cúpula y otras organizaciones de inteligencia. Son plenamente conscientes del impacto espiritual que los cambios venideros traerán a la humanidad. La influencia y la necesidad de la interacción y la conciencia espiritual están bien calculadas y correlacionadas en sus grupos de expertos y en la toma de decisiones futuras sobre qué aconsejar a quienes dependen de sus análisis. Para nosotros, los operadores, los centros de estudios como Rubicon (RAND) a veces tienen la molesta costumbre de analizar las cosas en exceso antes de tomar una decisión y definir la estrategia a seguir. Ahora, solo quedaba esperar pacientemente el momento oportuno para divulgar la información de CHANI al público. Ese momento finalmente llegó en marzo de 2008.

El origen del hilo "Te lo digo ahora"

Fue a partir de las transcripciones de CHANI, con más de 20.000 preguntas y respuestas, que se inició en el foro de Godlike Productions el hilo conocido como "Te lo digo ahora para que me creas después del 15 de mayo". Además de información y debates fascinantes sobre diversos temas, las transcripciones también contenían un gran número de "predicciones" o "cálculos" (un término que utilizaba la Entidad). Teníamos las fechas, pero no el año. La Entidad nunca especificó un año exacto, solo mencionó meses y días.

  En varias ocasiones, la Entidad también hacía preguntas a los investigadores, lo que generaba aún más intriga, perspicacia y reflexión. Francamente, algunos días los investigadores quedaban literalmente atónitos. Cuando, en 2007, quienes estudiábamos el proyecto CHANI (los superiores de Rubicon y mi grupo) identificamos nombres, escenarios, eventos desencadenantes y predicciones que la Entidad había descrito entre 1994 y 1999 como inminentes o probables, se asumió que 2008 sería el año del Evento o de la "Fusión". Por lo tanto, se consideró necesario que el público lo supiera y que yo comenzara la divulgación/revelación. El 15 de marzo de 2008 se inició el hilo. Dependiendo de la acogida, continuaría publicando. Fue un éxito desde el principio. La reacción e interacción de los usuarios fue inmediata y el interés creció exponencialmente. Hoy en día, sigue estando entre los 10 hilos más populares del foro.

  Las preguntas de los miembros del foro y de los usuarios se respondieron cotejando las respuestas reales dadas por la Entidad y utilizando el mismo formato de dialecto escrito que ella empleaba. Para mayor coherencia y para asegurar una mejor interacción, personalicé mis respuestas y añadí comentarios improvisados. Una suposición errónea común en el hilo era que la Entidad se había puesto en contacto con nosotros para advertirnos. Esto no es ni la forma ni la razón.

  Tanto 2008 como 2009 transcurrieron sin una correlación significativa, y a finales de 2009 mi participación activa en el hilo cesó. Rubicon cerró oficialmente el hilo. Sin embargo, ciertos eventos ocurridos en 2010, han sugerido que 2011 podría ser el Año de la Detonación. Con la publicación oficial de la información BEZERK por parte de Rubicon (otro hilo, iniciado en junio de 2010), existen fuertes indicios de que la "crisis del petróleo" y los problemas en Japón mencionados por la Entidad podrían estar relacionados con eventos del hilo BEZERK (por ejemplo, el desastre del pozo petrolífero Deepwater Horizon y el terremoto, tsunami y contaminación radiactiva de Japón). De ahí mi renovado interés, aunque «extraoficial», en el proyecto CHANI y su información.

  Este artículo pretende ser una introducción a CHANI y proporcionar información básica. Si hay suficiente interés o demanda, espero profundizar en los temas que abarca la Entidad en artículos posteriores, incluso si resulta que 2011 no es el Año de Fusión.

  Al principio, las palabras y la ortografía que utiliza la Entidad pueden parecerles extrañas, tontas e incluso infantiles. Pero les aseguro que incluso nuestros mejores neurolingüistas quedaron asombrados por cómo este sencillo flujo de palabras, su estructura, ortografía y disposición conectaban tan directamente con el lector. Era instructivo, orientador e informativo, pero lo más destacable era su tono agradablemente suave y reconfortante. Era un lenguaje sencillo para adultos. La sencillez y la facilidad con la que la Entidad lograba explicar y transmitir temas difíciles y controvertidos dejaban una huella imborrable. Experimenté esto en varias ocasiones, cuando algunos pensamientos persistían durante días, mi subconsciente reflexionando activamente sobre la información en algún rincón de mi mente. Estoy seguro de que todos los investigadores de CHANI compartieron esta experiencia. Sobre cómo pensamos, leemos e interpretamos:

La razón por la que los sumerios escribieron en imágenes es porque querían que la última generación entendiera su conocimiento dentro de 2000 años.

Si hubieran escrito datos en discos, no habrías podido descifrarlos porque no tendrías el mismo dispositivo de lectura para leer sus datos dentro de 2000 años.

Los sumerios escribieron en piedra para que su tecnología sobreviviera y para que aún pudieras entender su conocimiento dentro de 2000 años. Sencillo."

La Entidad explica el libre albedrío:

(a) El inglés era el idioma principal utilizado por la Entidad. Otro idioma era el latín perfecto. El contraste/contradicción entre el uso infantil del inglés y el del latín se explica, al parecer, en la copia maestra de los archivos de Echelon, al igual que otros temas. Este archivo nunca estuvo disponible para mí y sigue estando clasificado como información confidencial. «Clasificado como información confidencial» indica una agrupación de inteligencia donde incluso la clasificación es secreta. Esta información se rige por diversas Directivas Nacionales e Internacionales de Inteligencia (DNII; pronunciado «ni» en la jerga de inteligencia).

(b) El proyecto CHANI fue una consecuencia natural de la investigación realizada en el colisionador. Entre otras cosas, se puso a prueba y se experimentó con el tejido espacio-temporal. Cuando los protones colisionan, ¿qué ocurre con el tiempo? ¿Pueden colisionar los tiempos? Esta era la ironía de la investigación realizada en el colisionador. También se investigaron y pusieron a prueba otros aspectos del fenómeno de las líneas temporales, como las máquinas/dispositivos del tiempo, la proyección consciente de la percepción de un "sujeto humano" hacia adelante o hacia atrás en el tiempo, y la proyección de "objetos" (principalmente dispositivos de grabación cuántica subnanométricos) hacia adelante y hacia atrás en el tiempo.

(c) Comentaré brevemente algunos aspectos del concepto de tiempo tal como se abordaron en la investigación de CHANI. El tiempo es lineal y se mueve en un círculo, es decir, una sola línea trazada dentro de un círculo: de 0 a 0000, y luego de vuelta a 0 (de principio a fin y de vuelta a principio). Existen muchas de estas líneas temporales circulares y, a veces, se intercambian o se cruzan, de forma similar a las ondas gravitacionales y las órbitas de los cuerpos celestes. Cuando intersecan a algunos seres, o a su percepción desarrollada, pueden saltar de una a otra sin tener que repetir la línea temporal que seguían anteriormente. Otros no saltan, pero pueden ver la otra línea temporal e interactuar con los seres que se encuentran en ella mientras se produce el cruce. A veces, ciertos seres pueden cruzar nuestra línea y vernos llegar al cruce incluso antes de que lleguemos. Este último caso describe nuestro encuentro/colisión con la Entidad. (Con "nuestro" me refiero a los investigadores de R&A).

El tiempo también es elástico y puede dilatarse, lo que da lugar al fenómeno de dilatación temporal. Algunos investigadores comentaron cómo el déjà vu encaja en este paradigma, así como la apariencia de que el modelo de "tiempo elástico" es el único viable para describir y definir los viajes en el tiempo. Este modelo también explica la colisión simultánea de realidades. En el caso del proyecto CHANI, las propiedades elásticas del tiempo ayudaron a explicar por qué no se especificaba el año, solo fechas.

Otra ayuda fue la descripción que hizo la Entidad de la influencia directa y "planificada" de la Luna en la percepción humana del tiempo. Debido a que la Entidad no tenía luna en su universo paralelo/temporal (la destruyeron o "mataron"), era imposible determinar la fecha exacta del año, lo que convirtió su cálculo del tiempo en "probabilidades" en lugar de "posibilidades". La Entidad explicó que sus Ancianos originalmente habían calculado nuestras fechas usando un modelo matemático de 28 días y 13 meses, pero que ellos mismos no pudieron decidir las matemáticas ni las fechas de inicio adecuadas para nuestra línea temporal actual en la Tierra. El transcurso del tiempo y nuestra percepción del mismo están directamente controlados por la Luna.

La Luna influye en el cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu de todo ser vivo en este planeta. Por eso los Ancianos de la Entidad destruyeron su luna. Querían eliminar su influencia. Recibieron el consejo de hacerlo de seres de planetas interiores. Sin la luna, se observaron cinco cambios de inmediato:

(1) Los cambios más notables se registraron en el estado de ánimo y el temperamento de los seres/civilizaciones que allí habitaban. Sin la luna, se volvieron más tranquilos y pacíficos. La ansiedad y el miedo disminuyeron drásticamente entre la población e incluso entre los animales. Todos los seres vivos se vieron afectados.

(2) Hubo cambios climáticos. Los océanos se calmaron considerablemente. Las fuertes tormentas eléctricas y los rayos se volvieron poco frecuentes. El clima se equilibró en todo el planeta. El frío y el calor extremos pasaron a la historia.

(3) Desarrollaron un espectro de color nuevo y más amplio. Podían ver y diferenciar nuevos colores como nunca antes.

(4) La gran mayoría de la población tomó conciencia de sus habilidades de comunicación telepática, especialmente entre padres e hijos y entre hermanos. Los niños nacidos después de la desaparición de la luna podían comunicarse con seres de otros planos sin necesidad de entrenamiento, guía de los Ancianos ni instrumentos.

(5) Su sistema respiratorio experimentó cambios importantes. La química de su sangre y su respiración se modificó o adaptó. Los niños nacidos después de la desaparición de la luna podían aguantar la respiración bajo el agua durante horas.

(d) Debo señalar al lector que la Entidad se mostró muy reacia a abordar ciertos temas o a proporcionar más detalles, más allá de lo ya tratado. Algunos temas fueron rechazados de plano (estos temas están clasificados). Uno de estos temas reticentes fue la denominación y descripción de los seres del interior de la Tierra, su papel en nuestro desarrollo, así como la jerarquía establecida y quién la designó.

(e) Durante el período en que los técnicos intentaron restablecer el contacto con la Entidad, las notas de investigación mencionan la introducción de un antídoto/virus cuántico con propiedades de inteligencia artificial para la recopilación de cadenas y un período de inactividad estimado de 10 años. Los técnicos concluyeron que, una vez introducido el código en la red del colisionador, permanecería inactivo mientras recopilaba inteligencia artificial sobre cómo restablecer el contacto. THE CHANI PROJECT

COMPUTER-INTERFACED COMMUNICATION WITH OTHER REALMS

In 1994, researchers at a secret collider facility in Africa made contact with a parallel-universe entity via a computer-aided device and for five years received messages and predictions which now have imminent significance for humanity.

A New Assignment

  It was the last week in June 2006. It was a slow month, and most of my assignments were submitted for final analysis, completion and then filing. There were a few new ones, but they were the usual two-to-three- day-at-a-time monitoring types and surveillance over the next few weeks. Nothing to get excited about. I had some leave due soon and was contemplating how I would spend some quiet time. I stared out the window; not that I had much of a view anyway, but it was a habit. I wasn't a smoker back then. Little did I know, that would soon change.

  My pager beeped "SC Oscar Now" ("Station Chief Office Now"). I wondered why she'd beeped me. My office was just down the hall. She could have just pressed the intercom button for my office and called. I remembered to put on my jacket before I left my office. "Damn," I thought. "I should have picked another tie."

It was just me and her. I sat down.

"You familiar with Internet discussion forums?" she asked, knowing that it's clearly in my TOP (Tasked Operator's Priorities) and profiling assignment duties.

But, then again, she was new on this floor; she'd only started as SC in January.

"Yes," I said, lifting a questioning eyebrow.

"I want you to clear all your assignments for the next few weeks," she said.

I was worried. She slid a single file across her desk. I opened it and thought: "Ah, just two pages; can't be too 'heavy' an assignment. Nothing to worry about here. This should only take a week."

"On page two you will find the signed FARR form," the Station Chief said. (FARR stands for File Authorization Release and Request.) "Wow!" I thought. "She's already signed it without even asking me if I accept the assignment."

This only confirmed to me even more that she knew exactly what my TOP profile was.

Then it hit me. The file must be highly classified (Echelon Access Only) or too large for her to carry around in her task pouch (briefcase). It was both. The file was huge—a box of files, in fact—with over 20,000 transcript pages, and it had Echelon stamps all over it. It also contained a few thousand pages of research notes and copies of correspondence between researchers, technicians and scientists from various fields. There were a few data discs but, from their dates, I could see they were only added recently.

To this day, I still think that if the filing clerk didn't know me personally he would have asked for a second signature on the FARR form. "A 'few weeks', she said? Damn, this will take months," I realised.

This is how I became familiar with a project called CHANI, and why I took up smoking that day.

The CHANI Project

  During the years 1994 to 1999, a group of researchers from an organisation/corporation, which I will call RAND and Associates, or RA, had access to an underground CERN-like collider facility in Africa (the location is still classified). A contingent of AFRICOM security personnel was tasked with securing the base and, of course, keeping its location secret. The AFRICOM station commander made and supervised all the travel and accommodation arrangements for the team of researchers. They were closely watched 24/7. 

  Between those years, the researchers started receiving communications from an Entity who claimed to be from a parallel universe/dimension/timeline. A remarkable and groundbreaking interaction ensued. For a period of five years, researchers asked the Entity a series of over 20,000 questions and received answers to more than 95 per cent of questions asked.

  There were other active projects running concurrently, like Space Time Fabricating, Simulation by Atom Replacement and Removal, Holographic Programming of Dark Matter, Manifestation of Quantum Energies and Associated String Programming with Ether/Etheric Interaction and a few more, but for the purpose of this article I will keep to the CHANI project only. (CHANI is an acronym for Channelled Holographic Access Network Interface.)

  In reviewing the research notes for this article, all the above projects at one stage seemed to have had a turn in merging with the CHANI project and subject matter. One researcher commented: "This is an orgasmic interaction between science, theory and spiritual awareness."

  In October 1999, technicians began a series of software and hardware upgrades to all the collider equipment and computer networks. The purpose was to get the system infrastructure Y2K compliant. It was soon apparent that the Y2K-compliant upgrades had a direct effect on the CHANI research project.

  On 14 November 1999, contact with the Entity, which for five years was continuous and constant on a daily basis, was effectively lost. Months were spent trying to re-establish contact. It was not to be, and in April 2000 the research part of project CHANI came to an end. It must be noted here that I wasn't one of the original and fortunate researchers on the project or one who used the CHANI device. But I am most grateful to have been introduced to this mind-boggling and powerful, perspective-changing information. It caused a paradigm shift in my way of thinking, forever.

CHANI and Computer "Channelling"

  What made CHANI unique from any other channelling method/technique is that the researchers never used a human "channeller". Thus they eliminated the emotion, feeling and interpretation of a human channeller. It was a pure, directed and dedicated channel, not distorted or affected/infected by human mood swings or interferences from the subconscious mind of a human subject with possible suppressed emotion, memory and psychological trauma. The imaginative ability of human input was effectively removed from the calculations and result.

  The precise mechanics of how these words were captured, displayed and reproduced using the CHANI device is still classifieed. To my knowledge, it was the first documented case in which a machine/device/ computer model was used successfully to make contact with, over a prolonged period of time, and interact with, or "channel", another being or entity. The researchers Established contact with only one Entity. The Entity was verified to them in ways and methods that are still highly classified and which I can't elaborate on.

The Entity and Humanity

 

  The Entity explained in some detail to the researchers that contact was made because the Entity was our equivalent of a "student" and he had authority from his Elders to interact with observe, study and learn from us. The Entity explained that his Elders "noticed" us (we here on Earth) and our whole solar system cross onto "their" parallel universe. The Entity also explained that we weren't the only race reaching this crossroads/ merge, but that they could see other alien races from other planets in our solar system as well. Our Entity was specifically tasked to study us (humans, Earth), while other students were tasked to study the other races and planets corresponding to their planet and solar system. It was not just a merging or colliding of our Earth reality, but it was our complete solar system colliding with the reality of another "parallel" solar system. Although it was we humans (with some alien assistance/technology) who were "playing with dark and portal matters", the result was that our whole solar system traversed into "their" universe of visibility/perception.

  So, to put the above into perspective, our researchers used the word "student" to explain the Entity’s actions. It was as if the Entity were part of a master's degree study group, similar to what we have in our world as Phd (doctorate) candidates. The Elders were able to see us and our whole solar system crossing into their reality. They therefore began a research program of their own to study us and our history so that the Elders could prepare their civilisation for our arrival/merge. The Entity was thus doing reconnaissance on us. To help researchers get a timeframe for when this merging or colliding of realities would occur, the Entity gave them "predictions" that served as indicators for when the time was close. The Entity's abilities and accuracy were verified to researchers by predictions and indicators given during the five years of the CHANI project (these are still classified). The predictions didn't come all at once, but were obtained/spread over the duration of the research project. Although the Entity was in the "now", he was able to see, with frequent assistance from his Elders, events in our timeline that he shared with the researchers. Some of these were a cosmic sonic-boom event and changes to our Sun and Jupiter. All these predictions were to be used as a sequence of steps/indicators to identify the time (Fuse Year) when the big event (the Merge) would occur.

The Rubicon Revealers

  Around the end of 2005, the CHANI project files were handed over to the Rubicon Station for project Reveal. As the name suggests, Rubicon deals with information that has been deemed to have reached a point of no return. The Rubicon division was formed by a number of "dissatisfied" Upper Echelon members within the RA community, who decided that certain information should be released and that seeds should be planted to measure and research public reaction— clearing the way and setting a foundation for whenever "they" decide to flood the wires with full disclosure on any specific topic. When public interaction becomes a necessity, the information is to be released.

  Rubicon was and is tasked with the sanctioned release of classified information for "public consumption", in a controlled fashion, through various platforms and outlets. One of these platforms is Internet discussion forums. Another is sending anonymous letters or making anonymous phone calls or using fake credentials and call-routing to write to or call selected individuals and groups. Once the information and intel are released, public responses or those of the individual or group are recorded, monitored and analysed. Depending on their reaction, further information is then released using a phased and synchronised methodology based on public behaviour, perception and responses. Whenever public/individual/group reaction is deemed "unfavourable", the project is suspended and set for release at a later date or totally terminated. It is sometimes necessary for the information to be pulled/unrouted/denied and to let it grow and sprout a bit more, behind the scenes, before another attempt is made to replant/reintroduce or to renew contact if it was an individual/group.

Who Am I?

  I was a Rubicon Revealer. Depending on the assignment, I would be required to take up the role of an observer, a monitor, a reporter, an investigator, an instructor, an analyst, and in most instances an initiator and even an instigator in some. One part of my duties was to frequent Internet discussion forums, observing, reporting, profiling and identifying possible outlets where Rubicon Reveal information could be introduced. This usually took on the form of my posting a "thread" on a designated or chosen forum which we decided would be the most suitable to get the info/intel out to our target audience.

  The second part involved the physical (in the field) and digital (satellite and high-tech) monitoring, surveillance and gathering of information on groups or profiled persons and events around the globe that may have bearing on specific Rubicon projects. Rubicon has this credo: "Our whistle is blowing softly; if we blow too hard, some eardrums might pop, then everyone would be deaf." In the final analysis, Rubicon operatives are sanctioned whistleblowers, albeit in a limited and controlled form.

Launching CHANI on the Internet

 Thus, on a cold wintry day in June 2006, I flipped the electronic switch to lock my office door, which is standard operating procedure for Echelon "subject matter", and I unpacked those filing boxes all over my desk. My love affair with this project and the Entity had begun.

  As expected, it took me months to shift, study and read through the CHANI material. At first, it was a daunting task to get my mind to comprehend fully what I was dealing with. I already had an idea about which Internet forums I wanted to begin the "release/reveal" on, due to past research and active monitoring, but nonetheless I spent a few more months on researching others and identifying the most appropriate forum on which to launch the CHANI project.

  I would only have the time and resources to focus on one forum for this specific project. This project was of great importance to my superiors at the time, and I had no intention of rushing in. I had to "thread" (forum lingo) carefully and be absolutely sure that the right forum was chosen. (I have since initiated a variety of other Rubicon projects on the same forum over the past few years, the most recent being the BEZERK project with accompanying Reveal and intel burst threads.) It is also well worth noting that intelligence agencies frequently use forums to communicate and relay information and updates to their operators in the field. Since the Internet came along, the practice of posting and placing/using classified ads in newspapers as a communication medium has become a fossil. In contrast, the use of Internet discussion forums, online game platforms and their associated chat features has become quite the norm.

  During initial research, I began posting a few threads on a popular forum, Godlike Productions, to "test the water" and to start creating a persona. As the forum is widely known to be a conspiracy and lunatic-fringe site, I created a persona to suit: somewhat crazy, even hoaxing, but an enigma on spiritual and global strategic insider issues nevertheless. This persona provided an efficient cover to get information out there without lifting too many eyebrows. I often had to play both protagonist and antagonist.

  I decided to test the reaction to a few topics by starting threads and releasing limited, but real, intel on topics of a political-insider and spiritual nature. And yes, I said "spiritual". Some might be pleasantly surprised if they knew how "spiritually oriented" the decision-makers in Upper Echelon and other intelligence-gathering organisations are. They are fully aware of the spiritual impact that the coming changes will bring to mankind. The influence and necessity of spiritual interaction and awareness are well calculated and correlated within their think-tanks and in making future decisions on what to advise those who depend on their analysis.

  For us operators, think-tanks like Rubicon (RAND) sometimes have the annoying habit of analysing things to death before a decision is made and the direction of a future cause of action is drafted/set. Now, all that remained was to wait patiently for the appropriate time to release the CHANI information to the public. That time finally came in March 2008.

Birth of the "me tel u now" Thread

 It was from the CHANI transcripts of over 20,000 questions and answers that the thread known as the "me tel u now so u belive me after 15 may" thread was started on the Godlike Productions forum. Apart from amazing information and discourses on various subjects, the transcripts also contained a large number of "predictions" or "calculations" (a term that the Entity used). We had the dates, but not the year. The Entity never specified an exact year, but mentioned only months and days.

  On various occasions, the Entity would also ask the researchers questions, which led to even more intrigue, insight and contemplation. To put it frankly, on some days the researchers were quite literally stunned.

  When, in 2007, those studying the CHANI project (Rubicon superiors and my group) identified names and scenarios, trigger events and predictions described by the Entity back in 1994–1999 as coming up or becoming likely, it was assumed that the year 2008 would be the Event or "Fuse" Year. Thus it was deemed necessary for the public to know and for me to begin the release/reveal. On 15 March 2008, the thread was started. Depending on how well it was received, I was to continue. It was a hit from the outset. Reaction and interaction from people posting was immediate and interest grew exponentially. Today it is still ranked in the top 10 threads on the forum.

  Questions from forum members and posters were answered by cross-referencing the actual answers given by the Entity and using the exact same format of written dialect used by the Entity. For coherence and to ensure better interaction, answers were personalised and discretional ad libs were used by me. A common misassumption on the thread was that the Entity made specific contact with us to warn us. This is not how or why it happened.

  Both 2008 and 2009 came and went without significant correlation, and by the end of 2009 my active participation/reveal on the thread was halted. Rubicon officially pulled the plug. However, with certain events.

Transpiring in 2010, it's been suggested that 2011 may be the Fuse Year. With the official Rubicon release of the BEZERK information (another thread, launched in June 2010), there exists a strong case that the "oil sickness" and the problems in Japan mentioned by the Entity could relate to events in the BEZERK thread (e.g., the Deepwater Horizon oil-well disaster, and the Japan earthquake, tsunami and radiation contamination). Hence my renewed yet "unofficial" interest in the CHANI project and information.

  This article is meant to serve only as an introduction to CHANI and to provide some background. If there is enough interest or demand, I hope to expand on topics covered by the Entity in further articles, even if it turns out that 2011 is not the Fuse Year.

  At first, the words and spellings that the Entity used may strike you as odd, silly and even childlike. But I assure you that even our top neurolinguists were awestruck by how this simple flow of words, structure, spelling and positioning spoke so directly to the reader's being. It was instructive, guiding and informative, but most noteworthy was its pleasantly gentle and soothing manner on your ear, heart and mind. It was baby talk for adults. The simplicity and ease with which the Entity managed to explain and get difficult and controversial subjects across had a definite lingering quality. I experienced this on a number of occasions when some thoughts would linger for days, my subconscious actively contemplating the information somewhere in the back of my mind. I'm sure that all the researchers on CHANI shared this experience. It is my hope that you, the reader of this article, will have the same experiences when reading some quotes of the transcripts provided.

The Entity referred to dolphins and mentioned their

importance on a number of occasions. Dolphins

somehow balance certain vibrations on Earth. Specifics

were given, but that part was not cleared by Echelon for

Some Closing Notes:

  (a) English was the primary language used by the Entity. Another language was perfect Latin. The contrast/contradiction between the childlike use of English and that of the Latin is apparently explained in the master copy of the Echelon files, as are other topics. This file was never made available to me and still remains Centrally Classified to this day. "Centrally Classified" indicates an intel grouping where even the classification is classified. This intel falls under various National and International Intelligence Directives (NIID; pronounced "need" in intelligence lingo).

  (b) The CHANI project was a natural outflow of the research done at the collider facility. Among other things, the time-space fabric was tested and experimented on. When protons collide, then what about time? Can times collide? This was the irony of the research done at the collider. They were looking at the possibility of times colliding—and the researchers were not disappointed. The CHANI project was proof thereof. Other aspects of the timeline phenomenon were also researched and tested, e.g., time machines/devices, conscious projection of awareness of "human subject" forward or backward in time, and projection of "objects" (mostly sub-nano quantum recording devices) forward and backward in time.

  (c) I will comment briefly on aspects of the concept of time as it was covered in the CHANI research. Time is linear and moves in a circle, i.e., a single line drawn in a circle: 0 to 0000, then back again to 0 (beginning to end to beginning). There are many of these circular timelines and sometimes they interchange or cross each other, similar to the gravitational waves and orbits of solar bodies. When they intersect some beings, or their developed awareness, they can jump from one to another and don't have to repeat the (time) line they were following previously. Others don't jump but can see the other timeline and interact with beings on that timeline while the crossing takes place. Sometimes beings can cross our line and see us coming to the crossing before we even get there. This last instance describes "our" meeting/colliding with the Entity. (By "our", I'm referring to the R&A researchers.).

  Time is also elastic and can be stretched, resulting in a time-stretch phenomenon. Some researchers commented on how déjà vu can fit into this paradigm, as well as on how the "time is elastic" model seems to be the only workable model to describe and define time travel. The "time is elastic" model also explains the colliding of realities at the same time. As far as the CHANI project was concerned, the elastic properties of time helped to explain why no year was given, only dates.

  A further "help" was how the Entity described the direct and "planned" influence of the Moon on the human perception of time. Because the Entity didn't have a moon in his parallel/time universe (they destroyed or "killed" it), giving a year date was impossible and turned their calculation of our time into "probabilities" rather than "possibilities". The Entity explained that his Elders originally had calculated our dates using a 28-day, 13- month mathematical model, but that they themselves couldn't decide on the appropriate maths and starting dates to use with our current timeline on Earth. The procession of time and our awareness of time are directly controlled by our Moon.

  The Moon has an effect on the body, mind and spirit of every living organism on this planet. This is why the Entity's Elders destroyed their moon. They wanted to get rid of the moon's influence. They received the advice to do so from inner-planet beings. Without the moon, there were five immediately observable changes:

  (1) The most notable changes were in the mood and temperament of the beings/civilisations living there.

Without the moon, they became more calm and peaceful. Anxiety and emotional fear had a dramatic decline among the population and even the animals. All living beings were affected.

  (2) There were weather and climate changes. The oceans became much calmer. Heavy thunderstorms and lightning became a rarity. The climate became balanced all over their planet. Extreme cold or heat became something of the past.

  (3) They developed an enhanced new colour spectrum. They could see and differentiate between new colours in a way that they couldn't do before.

  (4) A great majority of the population became aware of their telepathic communication abilities, especially between parents and children and among siblings. Children born after the "demise" of the moon were able to communicate with inner-plane beings without the need of training, Elder guidance or instruments.

  (5) There were major changes to their respiratory system. Their blood and breathing chemistry changed or adapted. Children born after the moon's demise were able to hold their breath under water for hours at a time.

  (d) I have to point out to the reader that there were certain topics that the Entity was very reluctant to address or to provide more detail on, other than what was already covered. Some topics were refused outright (these topics are classified). One of these "reluctant" topics was the naming and description of inner-Earth beings, their role in our development as well as the appointed hierarchy and who appointed such a hierarchy.

  (e) During the period when technicians tried to re- establish contact with the Entity, the research notes make mention of the introduction of a quantum antidote/virus with artificial-intelligence string gathering properties and an estimated dormant period of 10 years. Technicians came to the conclusion that once the code was introduced into the collider network, it would lie dormant while gathering artificial intelligence on how to re-establish contact. Simply put, they thought it would fix itself, given enough time.  

  However, I'm quite certain that the CHANI project did end in 2000, so I don't know if this project was re- opened under another science or if it flowed or merged into another. I mention this because, with the recent outbreak of the Stuxnet virus and the comments made by technicians, I can't help but feel uncomfortable with the similarities between the current Stuxnet outbreak and the "code" properties that the technicians discussed at the time of the CHANI–Y2K issue. That was in 2000; Stuxnet surfaced in 2010. A 10-year dormant period? I wonder, but that's a whole new conspiracy for another day.
